The Ford Foundation is a modernist temple to bureaucracy in New York City. Hamilton Fish Park is beautifully renovated park on the Lower East Side, enjoying its third major overhaul in less than a century. Lloyd's of London is Richard Roger's high-tech London building that houses the world famous syndicate of underwriters. Red Square is a landmark of housing gentrification in the East Village that has appropriated the cachet of some of the most politically-correct artists and designers to offset any potential controversy.
